Responsible to load, operate equipment and unload production parts while maintaining required quality and production standards.
The main missions of the role are to:
- Produce parts by loading and positioning component(s) into fixture(s) using methods/equipment defined in operator work instructions and standardized work instructions
- Perform detailed (final gauge, bend gauge, hand held gauges, etc) dimensional inspection when necessary to determine quality of product.

Responsible for manual MIG welding of production parts and/or TIG repair of rework parts while maintaining required quality and production standards.
The main missions of the role are to:
- Produce parts by loading and positioning component(s) into the weld fixture and welding components together using methods/equipment defined in operator work instructions and standardized work instructions
- Perform detailed (final gauge, bend gauge, hand held gauges, etc) dimensional inspection when necessary to determine quality of product

The role of a Set-up A Technician is to load, operate and unload pipe processing and peripheral equipment to maintain required quality and quantity standards. He/she must also conduct the set up, adjustment, repair and maintenance of assigned equipment, tooling and fixtures following blue prints during changeovers and reducing downtime while maintaining quality standards.
The main missions of the role are to:
- Performs the duties of a General Operator during “up” time.
- Analyzes mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and plans for and takes corrective action. Makes necessary corrections and running adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality, while minimizing scrap and rework.
- When line is down, performs the changing of tooling, fixturing, guarding, adjustment, repair and minor maintenance of assigned equipment.
- Record operational data, such as pressure readings, length of stroke, feeds and speeds for use in next set-up.
- Trains General Operators on the safe operation of production equipment.
- Obtains sample work piece(s) to verify its conformance to specifications using various instruments

The role of a Plant Maintenance technician is to participate in the Total and Preventive Maintenance (TPM) for all equipment and facilities.
The main missions of the role are to:
- Install, repair and maintain all equipments and facilities
- Perform minor repairs to building fixtures, perform minor plumbing repairs, clean electrical fixtures, replace bulbs and do painting
- Analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and make necessary corrections and running adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality
- Try out equipment after repairs, changeovers or extended downtime
- Record operational data, such as pressure readings, length of stroke, feeds and speeds for use in set-up and preventive maintenance records
- Review production schedule and, when equipment is not scheduled for production, perform scheduled maintenance
